Ed and Lillian have cows on their farm that they kill and butcher themselves. In a previous post you would have seen the cow hanging in the fridge, well the other night we made the whole thing into mince (or hamburger as they call it over here!)
Micheal and Reon cut the meat off the bone...
Lillian and Lara cut the meat up and Ed put it through the mincer!
