We stayed in Sitka for 3 nights and loved it! It was a gorgeous little town and walking around the marinas alone entertained us for one day. We were very spoiled by the friends and it was great to meet them all!

The Fortress of the Bears!! We were spolied and taken to the fortress of the bears which is an encloser for bears that would have been shot because they got into food into town or saved for any other reason...

We walked to the other side of town to get to McDonalds. This house was practically falling down!
Our only meal out for the whole trip - McDonalds! If McDonalds had a rating this would be five star just because of the view!
